🧠 Left Brain, Right Brain: What’s the Difference?
What do logic, music, decision-making, and memory have in common?
They all live in different places in your brain!
As part of Module 2 – Cognitive Well-being, EMBRACE introduces Romanian students to the two hemispheres of the brain, and the four lobes that help us learn, feel, and grow.
Each side controls the opposite side of your body.
- Left Brain → logic, numbers, clear speech
- Right Brain → creativity, imagination, music, drawing
Students also learn how each hemisphere is made up of four lobes, each doing something different:
• Frontal – choices, planning, emotions
• Parietal – understanding sight, sound, touch
• Temporal – memory, recognizing faces
• Occipital – vision
